Continuing on her quest to drill for oil in fragile ecosystems, the bloodthirsty Sarah Palin is now after nearly extinct Cook Inlet beluga whales. As per this press release from the Center for Biological Diversity, Palin is making the state of Alaska sue to strike down protections for the whales provided under the Endangered Species Protection Act.
That beluga whale numbers have plummeted from the thousands to an estimated 375 whales remaining clearly doesn’t mean anything to Palin. (She showed the same contempt for polar bears by suing the federal government after protections were won for that species last August.) After all, this is a woman who is so vile that she champions aerial hunting of wolves.
Please read the alert from the Center for Biological Diversity and help.
